After a one day of conference where international speakers from all over the world shared their experience and knowledge with a passionate audience, Great Place to Work® released its 13th annual 100 Best Workplaces in Europe. Hosted for the first time in Luxembourg, the ceremony gathered more than 300 professionals at the Neumünster Abbey, located at the heart of Luxembourg’s historical city center. 

Cygni and Key Solutions at the top of Europe. The Swedish company ranks first on the 50 Best Small & Medium Workplace in Europe 2015 ranking. The IT company is followed by fellow Scandinavians Key Solutions and Vincit. Among the 50 Best Small & Medium Workplaces in Europe, 9 are located in Sweden and 7 in both Denmark and Ireland. Overall, more than 2.300 companies participated in the national list studies in 19 European countries where Great Place to Work is represented. This ranking, along with the national ones, contributes to sharing of best practices all over Europe. In this respect, it benefits both the employees and employer.
